Acceptance of Regulations
The booking of the property implies the acceptance of these regulations. The booking person is personally responsible, even for the people who accompany it.
Prices are expressed in Euro and are per apartment and for the requested period.
The agreed price includes consumption (electricity, water and gas), kitchen linen with weekly change, bed linen and bathroom with weekly change, any parking for a parking space / scooter and use of common areas. The price does not include the security deposit, any damages and any other services requested by the client, which must be paid locally. We reserve the right to change the published prices of our apartments at any time and without notice. However, the price agreed upon at the time of booking (excluding any extras), will not be changed under any circumstances.
Reservation & Payment
It is possible to make an on-line reservation using the booking system on our website www.solariahomes.it
In the case of booking by telephone or email, their data, a telephone number, an e-mail address, the holiday period, the number of people, the details of a valid credit card will be communicated to guarantee the booking in accordance with our cancellation policy. Holiday Homes Solaria Homes reserves the right to pre-authorize. The balance will be paid upon arrival. Alternatively, a 30% deposit can be made to confirm by bank transfer and the balance must reach us 15 before arrival. If the times indicated above are not respected, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the accommodation will be made available for new requests.
In case of doubts about the use of the online booking system, it is possible to request estimates and information by entering the data in the appropriate spaces on the site.
Reservations canceled up to:
7 days before arrival for the period January - May and October - December, no fee will be charged. The pre-authorization will be canceled or the deposit will be returned. Cancellations made after this deadline result in the loss of the entire amount.
14 days before arrival for the period 01 June - 30 June and 01 September - 30 September, no fee will be charged. The pre-authorization will be canceled or the deposit will be returned. Cancellations made after this deadline result in the loss of the entire amount.
30 days before arrival for the period of August, no fee will be charged. The pre-authorization will be canceled or the deposit will be returned. Cancellations made after this deadline result in the loss of the entire amount.
In case of early departure, the full amount of the agreed reservation will be retained.
The reservation must be changed or canceled in writing, if within the established deadline, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and must be confirmed in writing by the managers.
Cancellation penalty August
In case of cancellation or changes made up to 30 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30% of the total stay will be charged. If canceled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged. In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged. In case of early departure, the full amount of the agreed reservation will be retained.
The unavailability of the accommodation has survived
If causes of force majeure prevented making available accommodation to customers, the property reserves the right to be able to assign another accommodation with similar or higher features at the same price, or in extreme cases to cancel the reservation, reimbursing the tourist the amount paid without the latter being able to make further claims for damages in any capacity. Please note that outside of what you have paid, nothing else will be reimbursed or refunded. Therefore no claim for compensation will be considered.
Rules on the management of holiday homes
As required by the regional law of holiday homes, the manager is obliged to change linen weekly and cleaning the apartment at each change of customer. Any extra linen change requested by the customer costs € 15.00 per person, to be paid in cash at the exchange itself.
For linen we mean sheets and a set of towels (personal, face and shower) per person.
